Gift Vouchers

1. Do You Sell Cash Voucher?

Unfortunately we do not sell vouchers in cash denominations. However, you can purchase our gift voucher here, here, and here.

Each gift card can be used to redeem one of the following items:


Each gift card has an expiry date of 1 year from the date of issue. It is a great gift for your loved ones as they are able to choose the fragrance they love :)

We will require the gift card to be presented over our counter for each redemption, so please do not lose the gift card! Our gift cards are non-replaceable, non-reinstatable, and non-refundable.

2. I've Lost My Gift Voucher, What Should I Do?

We are sorry to hear that you have lost your gift voucher(s).

However, our gift voucher are non-replaceable, non-reinstatable, and non-refundable. 

Hence, we are unable to issue you new gift voucher, or re-instate your lost gift vouchers, or refund you for the missing gift vouchers.

3. My Gift Vouchers Are Expired.

The expiry date of our gift cards is 1 year after the date of issue that is stamped on the voucher itself.

If your gift voucher has expired, please send an email to customercaresg@puresenses.co with the following to request for an extension:

  1. Name
  2. NRIC/FIN/ Passport Number
  3. Mobile Number
  4. Serial Numbers of the gift vouchers
  5. Issued date of the gift voucher(If relevant)
  6. Expired date of the gift voucher
  7. Branch to purchase gift voucher
  8. Branch to do gift voucher redemption

Extension of gift voucher is on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee that your gift voucher will be extended successfully.

4. Where Can I Redeem The Gift Voucher?
